NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION

                                            
                                              ACHIEVING HEALTHY LIFESTYLE




   Good eating habit and being physically fit is all that we need to have and to obtain a healthy lifestyle, and to do daily task effectively and efficiently with alertness in work and activities.
        
               This is generally achieved through enough sleep, exercising daily and proper nutrition intake. We should avoid eating junk foods or any unhealthy foods that can cause harmful diseases to our body. The good thing we need to do is to increase the protein intake or any substances that is important part of the human diet. We can achieve it by eating fruits and vegetables daily.
          
              Bad eating habits must be avoided because it can make us sluggish, fat, and generally unhealthy. That’s why we always need to eat and do what is best for our body to become healthier and physically fit, to be able to do activities without worrying that we can’t make it.
            
              You won’t regret anything, because the effect of what you’ll going to do can help us achieve our healthy lifestyle.
